By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Synclabs Studio platform or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access our platform.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

The scope and availability of individual services may vary depending on the plan or agreement in place. Synclabs Studio reserves the right to introduce new services, modify existing offerings, or discontinue specific features at its sole discretion.

All users of Synclabs Studio services are expected to act responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws. By using our platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• Lawful Usage — You agree to use our services exclusively for lawful purposes. Any use of the platform that violates local, national, or international law is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
• Account Security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account. Synclabs Studio is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Prohibited Misuse — You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with any part of our platform. You must not use our services to distribute malicious software, conduct phishing activities, or engage in any form of cyber attack against Synclabs Studio or third parties.
• Regulatory Compliance — You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and data protection laws relevant to your business and jurisdiction.

All content, materials, technology, and systems made available through the Synclabs Studio platform — including but not limited to software code, automation logic, user interface designs, branding elements, graphics, documentation, and proprietary methodologies — are the exclusive intellectual property of Synclabs Studio or its licensors.

These materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret regulations. Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you any ownership rights or licences over our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use our services as expressly permitted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Synclabs Studio platform or associated materials without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

Synclabs Studio is committed to providing reliable and high-performance services. We maintain infrastructure designed for continuous availability and monitor our systems around the clock. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.

Our platform and services are subject to ongoing development. We may introduce new features, modify existing functionality, or deprecate certain services over time in order to improve performance, security, or overall product quality. Significant changes will be communicated to active users in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synclabs Studio and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — our services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or operational interruptions, even in circumstances where Synclabs Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Synclabs Studio in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Synclabs Studio reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform and services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms of Service, engaged in conduct harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties, or acted in a manner contrary to applicable law.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: misuse of automation systems, fraudulent or deceptive activity, unauthorised access attempts, abuse of support resources, or any conduct that undermines the integrity or security of the Synclabs Studio platform.

Upon termination, your right to access or use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force and effect following termination.

Synclabs Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may be made in response to legal requirements, operational updates, new service offerings, or improvements to the clarity of existing provisions.

When material changes are made to these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the bottom of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we may also notify active users through email or in-platform communications.

Your continued use of the Synclabs Studio platform after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue your use of our services and close your account. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
